She previously served as the Director of the Laboratory Department at the 920th Hospital of the PLA Logistics Support Force (formerly the Kunming General Hospital and the 43rd Hospital of the Chengdu Military Region). She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medicine from the Third Military Medical University and a Master’s degree in Military Management from Zhengzhou University of Information Engineering. In 2004, She pursued advanced training in laboratory management and bone marrow cell morphology at the Clinical Laboratory Department of the People’s Liberation Army General Hospital. In 2006, he was awarded the Third-Class Merit Medal and has been recognized multiple times as a Model Communist Party Member, Outstanding Teacher, and Advanced Worker. In 2016, he was named “Outstanding Basic Laboratory Director of the PLA” by the Professional Committee of Diagnostic Medicine of the People’s Liberation Army. In 2017, She was appointed as a reviewer for the Medical Laboratory Accreditation of the CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) Committee.

He has served as the vicechairperson of the Clinical Application Branch of Chinese Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, a member of the Committee on Standardization of Basic Testing Techniques of the China International Exchange Promotion Association for Healthcare, a member of the Committee on Laboratory Medicine of the China Research Hospital Association, a member of the Committee on Clinical Laboratory Medicine of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, a standing committee and member of the Clinical Laboratory Medicine Division of the Yunnan Provincial Medical Association, a standing committee and councilor of the Clinical Physician Division of the Yunnan Provincial Medical Association,《International Journal of Laboratory Medicine》’s fifth editorial board member, and more. He has undertaken one sub-project under the National “973” Program, serving as the principal investigator; undertaken the “Big Data Survey on Platelet Aggregation Function of the Elderly in China” project as the principal investigator; and participated in various sub-projects under the National “863” Program.
