Payment Methods

Payment methods accepted at our hospital:

· Cash (Chinese RMB only)

· Bank transfer

· Credit/debit cards

Before arrival, please contact your issuing bank to check your VISA card’s daily and per-transaction spending limits for China.
If you hit spending caps, request a limit increase from your bank immediately. If adjustments are unavailable, you may bring alternative international credit cards, RMB cash, or remit your medical fees to our hospital account ahead of your trip.
All consultations and surgical procedures will only be scheduled once full payment is received. Please confirm your payment method in advance to avoid disruptions to your treatment timeline.
Financial Support
Our International Medical Department team can assist you with real-time exchange rate inquiries and share locations for currency exchange services.
Local Bank Card Application
Our staff can accompany eligible patients to apply for domestic bank cards every Tuesday at 14:00.
Reservations with our team are required in advance. Please prepare your passport, visa and accommodation certificate (ward stay certificate) for the application.
